Intrepid Updates

[USS Intrepid]

Been working tonight cutting the looped dialogue together into a coherent track. There's a few minor tweaks required, so I'll be going back and polishing a couple scenes over the weekend. All in all, not looking too bad though.

Small re-edit to one scene, which means we'll also have to tweak some sound effects, but I'm hopeful that won't give our sound guy Lee too much of a headache.

Hoping to have an essentially complete cut by Monday, excluding final sound FX and score.

ADR on the Stone Unturned is more or less complete. It's certainly not perfect, but at this stage I think it's as done as it's going to get. I can't rule out a few additional tweaks, but that's essentially the biggest hurdle out of the way.

I'm currently rendering out a 'final' work print as reference for some last minute sound effect tweaks, and the dialogue track is being sent to Bodo as I type.

Definitely on the home stretch now.

Just sent the final reference cut of The Stone Unturned to Lee Andrew so he can make adjust the sound effects where necessary. At this point we're just waiting on the score and the final sound mix. Almost done.

Okay, so Bodo Hartwig has pretty much finished final clean up on the dialogue track, so we're just waiting on final sound effects and the last few minutes of the score.

Just added another few gaffs to the blooper reel as well. Finish line is looming.

That's wonderful news. Since Odyssey and Helena Chronicles went out of production Intrepid has moved up as my favorite fan film in production. And you being such a large part of that storyline I feel like you're carrying the mantel in style.

Well done my friend. I'm waiting with baited breath for this one to come out!

Picard's accent is admittedly a little strange to hear (not Estuary? Oh, the humanity! :P) but the acting is convincing and the look is dead on. Really looking forward to it!
