Honestly - the gist of this thread is "Well - it is not perfect, there is stuff you can do, but it is complicated".

In all honesty as long as this connection problem is not causig serious issues I would not worry about it.

My ISP is always cutting me off when I use *** *******.

Maybe this is something your ISP is responsible for - they literally cut you off every day at noon and reset your connection?

That's how the largest providers in Germany handle it: a disconnect every 24 hours.
