In the DS-9 ep "Inquisition" Section 31 developes a very convinsing Holoprogram that even has Bashir convinsed that what he is going through is the real deal, all the small details are in place, even the scene with Weyoun is totally realistic. We have all seen many holoprograms, IMO this program is one of the best seen on Trek, what is your favorite

The one from "Ship in a Bottle", I think: two levels of near-perfect E-D simulations nicely nested.

As for "Inquisition", that could be a nested simulation as well. When Sloan turns off the DS9 simulation, perhaps the holodeck where he and Bashir and supposed S31 employees find themselves is but another illusion? That is, perhaps S31 is but an illusion, too...

Barclay's functional command throne in The Nth Degree was awesome.

The Minuet program from 0110010 (or whatever) was neat, although primarily because Riker got so hilariously hung up on her that he apparently had fantasies about marrying her in Future Imperfect. I expected fake Tomalak, when confronted with his mistake, to quip, "That says a lot more about you than the effectiveness of our mind probe."
