Mirror, Mirror-- The ISS Enterprise
The irony is that while neither ship shown is the Enterprise, both look exactly like the Enterprise!

Both excellent guesses, but ssosmcin got this one!

Whilst it's ISS, the mirror ship is still the Enterprise, and we do see the Enterprise in the opening moments of The Doomsday Machine, albeit after the initial shot of the Constellation.

Both Metamorphosis and TGOT feature neither internal or shore-side shots, nor any shots of the Enterprise in their opening moments. We just see external planet shots.
