In Which Two Episodes . . .

Clue #1
In which 2 episodes was a weapon used in a specific way to destroy something? I know that's general but hopefully it becomes specific later on.

And the Columbo episode quiz, they were both actresses and both were key characters in their Trek episode

good guesses but those phaser overloads were disposed of or thrown away before damage was done.

CLUE #2
The somethings were relevant in the story.

2 more good guesses but unfortunately no

CLUE #3
When the weapon was in use, the somethings couldn't be seen

This sounds like the antimatter bombs in The Immunity Syndrome and Obsession.
1. Antimatter bombs where used to destroy the Space Amoeba Organism and the Dikironium Cloud Creature.
2. Both creatures were a threat to life in civilized space.
3. I guess the big bright blast obscured the creatures.

@Henoch , your episodes are valid and perhaps fit the clues
but neither is correct.

CLUE#4. I think there were actually 5 instances/episodes where the weapon was used in a unique way for a special purpose (on different objects or things), however the 2 episodes I'm looking for have not been guessed and actually completely destroyed something.

CLUE #5 (to maybe get a correct guess before the weekend)

The large solid objects were de-materialized/disintegrated, gone from existence and in effect ended the 2 episodes conflicts/issues.

EDIT/ADD TO CLUE#3 Those who used the weapon couldn't see the objects from their standpoint! In other words they were far away.

"Turnabout Intruder" Janice Lester/Sandra Smith and
"Amok Time" T'Pring/Alene Martel

The Alternative Factor and Who Mourns for Adonais? using ship's phasers?

Both objects were destroyed.

Others are : Vaal physically still survived in The Apple, the dome is not even dented in Whom Gods Destroy, and the people only stunned in A Piece of the Action.

@Methuselah Flint You hit the target!

The question was really phaser fire from Enterprise on a planet surface to disintegrate an object which occurred in 2 episodes

"Who Mourns For Adonais" disintegrates Apollo's temple
"The Alternative Factor" disintegrates Lazarus's ship

Other examples of phaser fire from the Enterprise....
-"A Piece Of The Action" Used to stun the street crowd
-"The Apple" used to try to penetrate Vaal's force field, thus overloading him essentially deactivating the mechanism, but the statue/head wasn't demateralized
-"Whom Gods Destroy" tried a phaser in narrow beam to punch a hole in force field on planet without success. (Did I miss any others??)

You're manning the phasers for the next quiz!

If that's the case how about
"Charlie X" and "Corbomite Maneuver" where Kirk and Charlie are both doing that on their back, legs pumping cardio thing on the wall in McCoy's outer room off sick bay?

Afraid not! These two episodes' Act I open directly onto the interior scene.

Clue # 2
Both episodes feature a wounded character.

The Immunity Syndrome,
The Deadly Years
The Enemy Within

all start in the transporter room and each has a "wounded" character/victim

Spock's Barber - one of these is correct!

This should smash it down:

Clue # 3
In both these episodes, a spell of sorts is transferred to one of our heroes.
