Hell, lets have a combined force of all Stargate enemies, the Wraith, the Goa'uld, the Ori (brought back from the dead) the Replicators, and introduce the main villains from Universe to slaughter the IOA. The IOA really does need to be done away with.
Unfortunately, it won't happen. In fact, there are probably some "brilliant" stories thought involving the IOA in Universe.

We're not supposed to like the IOA. They are the bad, stupid bureaucrats who harass our good, brave warriors of the SGC & Atlantis.
But oddly enough, the way the Atlantis crew in particular have been depicted, they do seem to need adult supervision. And Woolsey, imposed by the IOA, is the most competent-seeming commander they've had yet. I actually respect him, which is a new thing for me in regards to SG:A characters.

You forgot laywers, Fox executives and Paris Hilton.
And nukes lots and lots of nukes.
Good point we should also try to get Mothra, Rodan, Destroyah, and one of the Mechagodzilla's to make sure they're completely destroyed.
Hey, I'm all for that. If you're gonna have Big G, then might as well get the rest of the crew, too.
