When I was stationed in Norfolk, Rally's was the burger to get back East for me. Well, that and Hardee's. When I was staiotned in Yuma AZ, it so happened we had and In and Out in the area. What with Cali being about 5mins from the base by freeway. And Hardee's became Carl's Jr. Good eats.
