IMDB's New Layout Sucks

Cool! -My work-around this far has been opening IMDb-tabs in "IE-tab" (configuring IE-Tab to automatically take over when an IMDb-page is opening in Firefox) -same usability as the 'old' IMDb, but alas without the finer functions of my superior browser (and all of it's add-ons).

I started seeing the new layout over the weekend. I'll probably get used to it, but it doesn't seem as user friendly as the old layout.

IMDB's old layout sucked. Especially their homepage, which was a ##### to open on a mobile browser. The new one can't be any worse.

This is why I always liked IMDB. They understand their fanbase (which is EVERYONE). No other site would let you choose with a permanent preference to use the old interface.

I was not a fan of the new interface. Too bubbly and IN YOUR FACE. Everything is nice and in line with the old version and it will stay that way.

I had to go and enable the new layout before I saw it. I also had to log in to do it, and I haven't had to log in (because I was never logged out to begin with) for a very long time.

I don't like it, but since I, as a rule, hate all change, that's not saying much.

I'm sure I'll adjust after a while.
