"I'M TELLING YOU THIS SHIP CAME HERE FOR A REASON!!!!"

Please tell me they're gonna change the titles (or at least the opening quotes) for SGU next season. Please.

Scott's insistence that Destiny 'came here for a reason' has been stamped into my brain for months now. :vulcan:

^I know, I thought at first "oh, this is cool, instead of an intro, we'll recap the last few eps" but it's the same frelling clips again and again and like 3 seconds that are relevant. I'd prefer an SG-1 or SGA style intro now...

There have been 2 intros, it feels like they're going for the Heroes 'volumes' motif, titling the 2 halves of the season.

But yeah, I am SOOOOO TIRED of hearing Scott scream that line, especially in this second volume intro.

Given how they played up the "Destiny is powered by the stars themselves" lines, I kind of expected it'd be relevant to the second half of the season.

At some point.

In some way.

At all.

At least they stopped: "These are the wrong people...in the wrong place..."

I guess they figured it would be obvious by now via our watching Young's idiotic command decisions.

Dr. Nicholas Rush: This is what Destiny intended from the moment it entered the star system.

Everett Young: We are going to survive. We are going to make it home.

Matthew Scott: [said to Col. Telford as Col. Young's consciousness returns] I'm telling you: this ship came here for a reason! :cardie:

Dr. Nicholas Rush: Destiny is powered by the stars themselves.

Camile Wray: [briefing Carl Strom] He and Young are bumping heads, yes. Not sure which camp is the better choice.

I wish they'd drop the bit about Young and Rush bumping heads--that storyline is best when it is ignored.
