I'm hooked on Top Ramen!

^Dude, I have the MBA and the know-how to start a business and find investors, but I don't know anything about mass-producing noodles and packaging them.

I like freshly cooked ramen, its a bitch to find anywhere that does it though. When I lived down in England there were numerous noodle bars and some chinese restaurants served ramen as part of their oriental menu.

I'd love to be able to be make them at home, but I fear that i'd cock it up, despite being fairly good at cooking. The internet seems to be filled with ramen recipies, but I'd rather just start with a plain simple vegetable dish, so I don't spend ludicrous amounts on seafood, only to mess up the dish!

Blimpie > Subway.

Silver Mine Subs > Firehouse Subs > Jimmy John's > Quiznos > Blimpie > Subway.

All national save Silver Mine....

Given the choice, always go for local.

Excellent point. I get most of my sandwiches from the local deli just below my apartment. Yum yum.

It's a local joint that gets me to drive into Flagstaff, AZ anytime I'm within 50 miles or so for a sandwich....
