Iggy Pop? On American Idol?!?

Who are they getting next week? Lou Reed? John Lydon?

• Iggy Pop, 64, took the stage and performed “Real Wild Child (Wild One)” on "American Idol" Thursday night. Iggy Pop was one of the performers because it was Rock and Roll Hall of Fame week on Idol.
  
  Ryan Seacrest introduced him by saying, "I don't know if you're ready for this."
  
  Jennifer Lopez looked a little frightened when Iggy Pop approached the judges table at the end of his performance and sang right in her face.

Video here. Lopez doesn't look frightened. She looks kind of pissed. Notice that Steven Tyler had to get her to stand up and applaud at the end.

After seeing Iggy Pop on DS9, nothing he does surprises me.

And J-Lo didn't seem scared. She kinda jumped back when Iggy got in her face (which I think anybody would do) but then she got right back in his face, which was kind of cool, actually.
