The pervert in me would say a supermodel's vibrator.

The geek in me would say an Aston Martin One-77 because it is "the sex."

The realist in me would go for something more like Frenzy in the movies. Just not as annoying. Soundwave would be a close second; being a spy satellite would be awesome.

Well, forgetting about practicality and going just for nerdy, my first choice would probably be a police box But, when it comes to an actual vehicle, I'd probably go with an aircraft carrier. I don't really know why, except that I think they're cool.

Actually, if "futuristic" technology could basically be anything, I'd probably choose a helicarrier

If I was being sentimental, a '68 Barracuda (my dad's first brand new car and one he still wishes he'd kept).

Otherwise? Three things. An SR-71 Blackbird to get to any country quickly, an Aston Martin DB5 to drive around when I got there and a Land Rover Series IIA to go where the pavement ends.
