I like the Enterprise Constitution class refit as is. The only thing I would change is the color scheme of the warp nacelles to resemble the color of the Enterprise E: red glow up front, and sides glowing blue

There was some glow peeking out from behind the grills in the movies, it just wasn't as obvious as the Mirandas shown in TNG and DS9.

Well, people assumed the -A would be Excelsior. Enterprise B was a modified Excelsior yes.

My point was to imagine if Excelsior and what followed had never been. How far could you take Probert's refit in terms of scaling it up.

I actually requested to Madman1701A to do a variation of one of his refits a few weeks back. At the moment though he's got other stuff on his plate. I don't really want to hassle him.
