I've been fortunate enough to meet the entire cast of Voyager.
The best hands down are Picardo, Philips, Russ, Ryan & Dawson.
McNeil is allot more bashful in person than I expected,

ooh, I forgot to brag about my friends who went out to lunch with Robert Beltran. They said he was a pretty nice guy and they had a pleasant time. 
Russ seems like a cool guy, but I'm not sure what we'd talk about. Same with Mulgrew, Dawson, McNeil, Ryan, and maybe Picardo.
I think I could talk with Garrett a bit. Maybe.
