If trek were real which facts did we get wrong?

Someone creates the perfect cryogenic freeze. Just leave it alone - even with no power - and it will be fine. A person in it, in deep space, survives 3.5 billion years in cryogenic freeze. He wakes up and finds Star Trek has become real and WE are the ancients that made all life possible in the galaxy. He then finds that somehow our Trek is parallel to their life.
But it's not perfect.
To create a perfectly consistent timeline, Which episodes of every series would have not happened?
Gene Roddenberry said that Star Trek 5 was not in his continuity. He didn't like it.
What else would have to be edited out?
I would prefer all of "enterprise" would be in a parallel timeline and NOT main continuity. Never liked it. Never will. Why did they name the first class of ships "Constitution" when the "Enterprise" founded the federation? No sense there.
What else would we have gotten wrong?

Watch the video in my sig to get a taste of just how much would have to go. You'd literally be left with a single episode or movie of your choosing. Not even "Space Seed" and "Wrath of Khan" fit together if you look too closely

Trek only works as a vague, broad strokes/same story different details continuity. If a Gorn can be a fearsome lizard monster and not a guy in a bad rubber suit, all the episodes and movies (and novels and comics) can fit vaguely together in one epic tapesty.

There are way too many discrepancies out there. That, combined with all the things you personally don't like would mean that you would find yourself removing an awful lot of characters, incidents, etc. to make what is left over a very small ST universe. Just watch the shows and movies, and for sure read some of the hundreds of books out there and just enjoy the stories.

If I understand things right, everyone has their own opinion and if they changed things COMPLETELY, there would be nothing left of the show. Look at the Oberth Class. The size is all wrong and there is the mystery of the NCC-638 that has been talked about. Problems abound in Voyager, Enterprise, TNG, so that must mean you must trash every one of those series ;p
Then there is Odo not being able to fit in that bucket..... there goes DS9. With so many issues, do what the others say and just watch the show(s).
