Given the GTA series' penchant for double-entendre I think it fits.
I know the filthy meaning of it, but it is also the name of a spoof amusement park ripping the piss out of Disney Land.
I've got more ideas that may be useful:
* On a Six Star rating instead of tanks, you get Police riot tanks backing up the NOOSE teams. They would have a firehose, coaxial machinegun and tear gas dispensers in their turrets.
* You could have a mission breaking in or escaping from a seemingly impregnable Supermax prison located out in the sticks.
* Mansions and other kinds of private property could have security guards and alarms to prevent you from just walking/driving in. Trespassing could trigger a one star rating (which climbs up if you break/steal/kill things).
* The NSA or some other government agency could have a secret base hidden beneath a building.
