One thing that's often struck me about this TV-on-DVD age is how tough it can be to find episode-by-ep reviews for shows. Sure, Wikipedia has some for those with the most obsessed fan bases, but those are professional/notable reviews, thus only covering a minority of stuff.
I'd love to see a Wiki-like site where not only can professional reviews be linked to, but personal reviews can be submitted also, and people can easily follow certain users as they go through certain shows for consistency, without having to find new sites/blog reviews/message board threads every time you start/consider watching a new ep/series/whatever. There'd also be members-only rating voting, and opportunities to do season-overview essays. Good grammar and coherent thoughts would be required for users' submissions to go live.
Basically, an ep-by-ep IMDB , with the visual simplicity of Wikipedia. Anyone else mused along these lines?
