I saw the Borg Kids as an example of other innocent lives the Borg ruins. All of their behavior is way off for children, a little to stiff and calculated. They might never have a normal childhood due to it. I didn't see them as Borg tying to be human, I saw them as the after affects of child abuse. That's very sad.I heard the actor who plays Icheb is a bit of a tool. Didn't mind him much, but at times, I felt introducing the Borg kiddies was a lame attempt to transform Seven into a Borg mommy. (A kind of lame sitcom within a drama.) They already had a Borg trying to be human character, for crying out! -- RR![]()
I agree with your analysis. It shows how difficult it is to integrate children back into normal lives after abuse, or if they've been abducted and held by other people for years, then returned to their original family. It's a tough road. -- RR
