I could get behind that. And I never liked Raffi before. But this season, yeah.

It can be replacement for Section 31. But Section 31 is already part of Starfleet intelligence sort of. So this can be show about Starfleet intelligence and how legal structures of Starfleet intelligence deal with S31 part of Starfleet intelligence. Could be great show. Worf, Raffi, Ro, Bashir, O'Brien...guest star Garak. Would be amazing.
