Yoinked the words right outta my pie hole.

Because of the dynamic of both the shows, TOS and ENT are tough ones to pick Doctor eps for because there weren't many that focused exclusively on them. 'For The World Is Hollow...' is about the closest you get for Bones and it's not that great. Phlox had at least one exceptional episode (doctor centric or otherwise) in 'Dear Doctor' although I think you could make the argument for 'Affliction/Divergence' or 'Cold Station 12' (although the latter is problematic since it's part of an arc that doesn't wholly focus on him).

Phlox had only 3 episodes in the entire series that were completely his; "Dear Doctor", "The Breach" and "Doctor's Orders". They're all pretty good, despite "Doctor's Orders" being a rip of Voyager's "One".

I think "Latent Image" would be a good one for the Doctor.

Affliction/Divergence would deffinitely work for Phlox IMO.
