I want to see gay people try and convert straight people!

You know how you always hear about the gay conspiracy or something of that nature were gays are trying to recruit people to their side. I want to see if it really can be done. I want all gay trekbbs members to try and woo the straight members of the trekbbs. You can even try on me, even. Granted I am already sort of bi-curious but I do perfer girls. Who knows, maybe you can woo me into prefering boys, and only sort of being intrested into girls.

And with one calculated move that doubles his odds of victory, Jayson goes from a dark horse in the Tour de Virginity to a frontrunner. What a bold strategist.

This thread is just a thinly-veiled 'coming out' for you, isn't it.

I thought the tranny cheerleader was the "coming out" thread were people found out I might be into guys somewhat. Still I haaven't been convinced to a point were I like guys so much that girls don't do anything for me. My desire for hot female cheerleaders sex is as strong today as it was back in high school when I would watch the girl of my dreasm(Sara Dolezal) walk around on football game days wearing her cheerleader outfit. Or it hasn't changed the good feelings I get when I watch "Bring it On" or change the awkard feelings I also would get when I would see my mom's old high school pics from when she use to be a cheerleader.

Ok well any Lesbian that wants to hit on me I suggest you look mannish and bring a strap on. :D

No conspiracy Jason. I've had several old Gay men attempt to recruit me. Scary stuff. What is interesting is that this sort of thing doesn't seem to offend or bother most, certainly doesn't bother Left/Ghey crowd, but alas, when anyone dare suggest Gays try Heterosexuality, all manner of names & charges of insensitivity are sent towards the person making said suggestion. It's happened right here at TNZ. Harmless & crew go psycho whenever it gets mentioned. It's called a double standard. Otherwise known as being a hippocrit.

I've noticed the same thing. (Although, whats a hippocrit? Is that when all the other animals at the zoo sit around and criticize about the hippos?)

There was a guy at my HS who would always make jokes, trying to make me uncomfortable, and saying things like he knew I wanted to "switch over" and that he could "convert me". Looking back, I probably could have made a sexual harassment charge on him.

Of course, if I ever told him I didn't swing that way, thought that was disgusting, or suggested he should try women some time, I'd get called a homophobe and ignorant.

What was weird is this guy had this group of girls who were always on his side and would join in when he's get mad at me from giving him his own shit right back.

Infraction for flaming another member and for bringing TNZ issues onto the board at large. Comments to PM.

Here's my take on it (at least in regard to males). Guys are guys, regardless of sexual orientation.

Single, straight guys (and many not-single, straight guys) will try to pickup on women. Whether those women are single, married, heterosexual or homosexual doesn't matter. Almost every dude's got game (unfortunately I've forgotten what that word even means :)).

So why would gay dudes act any differently than straight dudes? Gay guys are driven by the same hormones and impulses as straight guys. I doubt very much that they're trying to recruit other guys into the gay community, they're just looking to score (or find a relationship, or whatever...).

This is true, but once they realize that the guy they're trying to score with is straight, they should abort mission and choose a new target. A few guys I've encountered apparently never learned how to "disengage" and have just kept at it even after it's been made clear I'm straight.

You're right of course, but guys are guys. If a guy meets a married chick he's interested in, he'll probably make several passes at her, regardless of the fact the she told him she's married the first time. She might think it's flattering; She might think it's annoying; If it's annoying her, the guy might pickup on this and move on. The point being, if he's aggressive, as most guys are in one way or another and to varying degrees, he'll keep trying.

I've been hit on by several gay men in my lifetime. Always flattered, but always said no.

Well, i guess we all just have good taste in men. ;)

Same with me when gay women have made psses at me. I tell them I am flattered that they find me attractive but sorry I am straight.

Plemty of old men have hit on me. In fact, when I was 20 and a mother of a young baby, the 'nice' old guy I used to speak to at the bus-stop offered me $100 to have sex with him. He was 82 years old. I was quite aback by the suggestion as I certainly wasn't expecting it. Naturally I declined after I was able to recover from moments of stunned slience.

Best story I had was a guy who was a nurse at the local hospital (not where this happened). I was working (Kroger at the time), and a rather handsome young man (probably 10 years older than me at the time) started up a conversation with me. We talked for a while while I worked, and he mentioned how he was a nurse at the hospital and we got onto that subject, finally he says, "You know, I think you're very adorable. Would you like to go out to dinner with me sometime, maybe a date?" I replied, "That is very kind of you, but I am not gay." He looked a little surprised and said "Oh, I'm sorry. I did not mean to offend you in any way" and I said "oh, don't feel bad. I take it as a compliment. I am very flattered!" and he says, "Well, good. You know, it's a shame you're not, because you are very sweet." I smiled, he patted me on the shoulder, winked and walked away wishing me the best, and I said the same back. He was a very pleasant person.

Wow. That's a shame that someone would be willing to throw away a good friendship on something so debasing to the both of you.
