To be clear, is the rule that duals are absolutely not allowed, and you'll get banned... unless they are funny?
would love to see a response to that one, as it's been pretty widely guessed that this was someone's dual, but since it was *sometimes* funny, no one pulled back the curtain...

Nope. And that's really a more of a QSF topic than a MISC one.
You don't get banned you get a warning, or maybe just a week off, I got dinged for it too. (I used a dual to circumvent a banning for other reasons. Though I did not post under that dual, I simply used it to view TNZ while being banned.)

I don't think Baggy was technically a dual. I think he was one of the TK folks who was banned under the old administration. Although he once posted here under another account that's long since been purged, the MadBaggins account was the only one he has registered now, and as long as he didn't break the rules the admins let him be.
