Real answer is "stay away from even looking at women until you can look YOURSELF in the mirror without contempt".
If you hate yourself, no one else is going to like you, which makes you hate yourself, fun little shame spiral there. Put out something OTHER than an "I'm worthless and not worth your time" vibe, people might be less repelled.
But all that takes a little effort, whereas wishing for a beautiful woman to show up and fall in love with you, making all the moves herself, is a much easier course of action. Less likely to actually HAPPEN, but takes no effort to prepare for...
