I talked to Lance Bass on the phone

Tom Green came into my store to buy sharpies once. And he spilled coffee all over our counter. I was throwing away plastic bags for a week. I wasnt happy.

I served Tom Green at an East Side Mario's in Ottawa just before he made it big. I didn't know who he was until one of my co-workers told me. It was a very strange experience. He kept me at his table for about 10 minutes telling me about his first job as a vacuum cleaner salesman.
Yeah, he is so weird in person. He kind of has that...permafried feel to him.

Back in 1987 me and some other ROTC students went to DC and we were standing on a corner near the White House when Reagan and nancy came driving by. We were only a few feet from them as there limo turned the corner and we waved like crazy at them and they waved and smiled back. During this same trip I also got to meet Casper Weinberger and get his autograph.

Lance Bass Must die, motherfucker kicked me in the balls when we were auditioning for the mickey mouse club

Lemme see, ive served a couple guys from the Barenaked Ladies, literally ran into Dan Akroyd, and had a brief conversation with Pete Townsend in a bar.

I'm sure it's no surprise to anyone that I've met my share of celebrities, working on SF conventions, but when Queer As Folk was still in production, I ran into a couple of cast members in random places. The first was Randy Harrison (who played Justin) - I literally ran into him in a shopping mall as I was leaving the deli where I had just finished lunch. I also met Robert Gant (who played Ben) as he was walking into a condo building with a couple of bags of groceries.

I have a friend who had the serious hots for Robert Gant, and to this day, whenever I mention that I knew where he was living in town, he stomps around and mutters, "Bastard! Bastard! Bastard!"

Several of my friends at University were very close with the beyond-parody Darius "Darius" Danesh when I was at University, after he became "famous". Fortunately I had never met him in person... fortunately for him, that is. Tit.

That's right, Americans and other people. You've probably never heard of him before. Pray you never will.
We almost got to talk to a female Star Trek star once. But a mod banned her...
 All I have to say bout that is: Epic Fail.
:guffaw: Ah, those were the days...

^Still does not compute.

Anyway, tonight I yelled at a Harlem Globetrotter because he was being rude. He kept snapping his fingers and waving his arms around to get my attention, and he refused to call me by name. He would just yell "bartender" in my general direction.

So I put him in his place.
