I still have every single episode of Voyager recorded on video tape from their original air date.

The full collection is about 38 tapes and includes all commercials and network promos from the night they first aired. I was planning to go through and begin digitizing some of the original network promos, but at the urging of some of the folks on the Voyager subreddit, they think I should digitize the entire collection for broadcast preservation.

Here are a few screencaps I took of some of the old promos. I'm honestly a little surprised at how good the quality is on some of these considering the age and the format.

This came from a generic May sweeps promo that aired right after the opening credits of Before and After.

This was the promo for Time and Again, which aired after the conclusion of Parallax.

This was the promo for Macrocosm, which aired after a repeat of Non Sequitur. UPN had this odd tendency to brand episodes with some odd name and say it was a special Voyager. With the exception of The Swarm, none of these marketing names were the actual name of the episode.

I was recently thinking I wish I'd have saved more of the series on VHS when I recorded it for the same reason those folks stated! You have a time capsule of mid to late 90s television in your possession. UPN's promos were indeed all over the place. I had to record the series at 10PM Fridays on a local affiliate station because I worked evening shift at a local restaurant and always missed it. I just recorded over the same tape though. Couldn't afford to keep buying blanks.

This is nostalgic!

Certain episodes were a part of my tweenhood, from that time when reruns weren't being shown yet and the DVDs weren't out (or at least affordable), so it was just whatever we had taped off TV, or was on the two VHS tapes we bought. If only we'd had the foresight to tape them all!

I'm guessing you were a fan from the initial Airing, and followed the show in real time?
