Isn't that the Ba'neth from "Riddles" who zap Tuvok?.. though later you give a clue to "Scientific Method" so I'm not sure.. but don't remember any console liking for Tuvok in that one..

Hmm good guess..I can see why you would've thought of him given "Endgame" and "Meld." And I thought some people might also think of Annorax given the times clue... but I have someone else in mind.. Here's a hint: The key phrase there is "no matter how many times they tried to help me."
