Nope, not like how Mr. Brown has done with his ship.
Well, I hope that SOMEONE does, someday.
Of course, ship design (like this) is OFTEN a collaborative process. Sean came up with the "lines" and now another guy is making a rather nice-looking 3D model (which has gone "poof" from this forum, it seems... but which I assume is still under development?), in collaboration with Sean.
I suggested that the publisher might want to consider putting out a technical reference, on the same order as Shane Johnson's "Mr. Scott's Guide to the Enterprise." I was roundly pummelled by folks who work for the publisher for having the audacity to do so (which is part of why I've lost my taste for Trek books recently... hard to read a story by someone who you've discovered that you don't like, personally, and not have that carry over into your ability to enjoy their work!). I STILL believe that something like that, if done on a cost-effective basis (we don't need hard-binding, glossy paper, "coffeetable edition" sizing, etc... we need cool CONTENT!)
If S&S chooses not to go in this direction, I'm hopeful that SOMEONE ELSE will. It's a pretty slick design overall, I think. (Of course, if I ever build my own model of it, I'll have to fix my nitpick with the impulse engines!
