I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Nice, but that casting would be a bit odd, since O'Quinn was already an admiral on TNG.

I know that o'Quinn Play Admiral Presman in a TNG ep, But I am going the JJ Abrams route and going with a ReBooting/ Alternate Reality take on this.

Also Remember M.A.S.H's Actor Harry Morgan played a differnt character before being cast as Col. Potter.

Any way this was just a fun sketch.

Here is a Couple of Voyager Character Studies I

Each Study took about 30 minutes.

Those are really nice. I think the only details that seem off are Doc's upper lip and Chak's chin but for 30 minute sketches, they're very good likenesses.

Did you use photos or go from memory?

very nicely done. good to known that the Empire cares so much about the crew though to include lifeboats :-)
or are they some sort of vertical launcher system for super torpedoes? (not familiar with the ISS Titan saga)

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Well I had to try my hand at the sketching on Colored Card Stock thing. Here is a quick Picard Sketch.

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

That's cool. Very worthy of Jean-Luc. Drawing on colored stock is such a different animal, and you've done well. I saw that it was quick, but out of curiosity how long did you spend on it?

As for the I.S.S. Ent-D yes I may do a version of her in the future.

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Do I sense a Star Blazers influence in the ship in the center of the page? Not a complaint, just a question. There also appears to be a Star Wars ARC-170 influence in the ship to the right of it.

Nice work overall. I especially like the Romulan ship that is only a trace in green pencil (?). Well done.

Re: I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Me too What I like the most from this one are the Klingon vessels and the little Fighter designs in it :):techman:

Bingo on the Star Blazers(Space Battleship Yamato) influence on that one.
As For the Arc 170 I did not have that in mind, I was thinking of a ship simular to it from the Star Wars Legacy Comic Era. Right Universe different era.
