I.S.S. Titan & I.S.S. Ares

Here is my answer to everybody's request for a Luna/Titan Variant.
Meet the U.S.S.Apollo. She is a Lunar class cruiser, a close cousin to the Luna. Here warp nacelles are above instead of below the saucer. She has a dedicated weapons platform where the Luna has the sensor pod. It is removable. I have also swapped out the impulse deck with a new one, also not the third impulse engine, this ship does separate in to multi-vector mode. See the I.S.S Titan for what that may look like.

plus i went looking but i cant find the ISS Titan showing her in Multi Vector Assault Mode :( can you repost or did i miss it?

One tiny quibble... there IS a semi-canon "Apollo Class" in the TNG era, as I recall. I THINK it even got some on-screen time, though I'm not 100% certain of that. So, "Apollo" might not be the right name for this ship.

Otherwise, though... no quibbles from me. I also like how, with this configuration, the primary impulse engine is basically thrusting right through the center-of-mass of the ship. That's the one thing that always bugged me about the Luna class, remember? :)

Looks sweet. It's hard seeing this in a different way after seeing the Luna class for so long but I think I could grow fown of it.

Sean:

In looking at these orthos, I noticed that the portside profile shows the nacelle pylons entering the secondary hull at around the same level as the primary hull. However, in the fore and aft elevations, the pylons seem to enter the secondary hull lower than that, around the shuttle deck. Was this intentional?

By great demand here is a concept marker comp of my next crew members of the Dark Mirror Universe, The Brothers Soong (B-4, Data & Lore) I will more than likely start the vector illustration next week.
