I just worked way too much

I put in 40 hours over the last 3 days, with a total of 58 hours for my 5-day week. What's sad is that I had fewer hours than a lot of people in my store.

And the District Manager keeps bitching about overtime. Maybe if he was willing to hire new people, overtime wouldn't be an issue.

What's the most you've worked in the shortest period of time?

95 hours in 7 days, for three consecutive weeks, that was the worst I've done.

As a civilian, anyway.

Well, Uncle Sam sure got paid overtime!

I got to keep some of it.

27 hours in a row last month or so.

And last year and the year before that each had a month with over 300 hours per month. I'll see if it happens this year again. But gladly I'm paid by the hour, otherwise I wouldn't do that.
