I hope old Spock...

Time travel is such a mess! Remember in "Storm Front" when they blocked the Villain (what's his name?) from traveling back to his time, the timeline reset and Daniel came back to life but Silik was still dead! It seems timelines don't like bad guys...

the timline reset
i wonder sometimes how much reset happened? maybe the xindi attack on earth never happen.

the enterprise was never sent into xindi space, the crew remembers everything, but as far as starfleet knows the ship continued to do what it was doing before the attack on earth.

captain' archer's report made no sense.

That's the first question that came to my mind when I saw that Daniels was brought back to life: "Are those seven million people still dead?"... Oddly, they still were as was confirmed later.

Captain Balthazar knew it happened and he does not appear to have been on Enterprise

The timeline basically changed during the Big Bang. You change the past you change the future which means Q doesn't send "Voyager" back to the Big Bang which then changes the future from that point which means it's different for when Spock and Nero arrive but then again that also would create the pattern all over again. It is possible the Kelvin Universe is a constantly changing Universe that is never stable and is always in flux. Granted it is possible that maybe powerful aliens like the Q are able to stablize it and maybe the reason why the timelines stay somewhat constient but not perfect is because the Q need to make sure it's own species always gets created and evolves and maybe they even like keeping certain things. Maybe our Q for example wants to make sure their is a Picard in the Kelvin Universe for him or his Kelvin version to play with and also wants to make sure a Vash happens and a Auntie Janeway happens because his kid likes her.

Nazi aliens weren't in the White House. But everything else up to that cliffhanger happened.

Oh and a massive allied fleet appeared which would have been really useful in "Zero Hour".

It is entirely possible that Edison was one of the MACOS on Enterprise. True, we never actually saw him, but it doesn't mean he wasn't there.

It really begs the question, was Major Hayes the only MACO officer on the ship? He really should have had at least a Lieutenant serving as his second in command. And that could have been Edison.

True, after Hayes' death, they were talking about non-coms such as Corporal McKenzie taking over as leader of the MACOS, but Edison could have received a battlefield commission as an officer.

Then again, Edison in STB was all four wheels off the road, so to speak, so there's that as well.

Nazi aliens weren't in the White House.

Unfortunately, they are now...
