See this guy -- do what he is doing.
This guy -- he's not having sex. You don't want to be him.
I prefer to be one of these guys -

I probably don't give my friends enough due, but they all like going out drinking and partying all night and taking lots of drugs, and I'm just not willing or able to do it any more. And whilst it's possible to go out and enjoy yourself without doing either, it's not possible to do so if everybody else is fucked. A room full of fucked up people is not an interesting or fun place to be when sober.
If you guys are such life long friends, why haven't you just told her why you're upset instead of just taking her off your Facebook page? You're assuming she understands. She wouldn't have asked you "why?" if she did.My friend and I had been best friends since we were in preschool. Well my dad passed away 2 years ago and I moved 2 years before that. We kept in touch but since my dad passed, I went through the grieving process. Then we started talking alot on the phone/skype. But, it was always I had to call her, message her and when she says she'll call me she never does.
I understand we are growing up and have less time. But, 15 minutes isnt long, once a week would be fine with me. I miss her and I'm pissed off at her. She asked me why I deleted her from Facebook...come on!!!
I have a friend like that.I've told her that. We had this whole arguement. No, you see it was two months before she even realized that we haven't spoken. No little comments or anything like that. See I think you would understand if you knew her and mine friendship. Its difficult to explain.
I have a friend!
Went out with a guy, "B" (whom I used to work with 15 yrs ago - on and off) today to celebrate his birthday. Lunch lasted 6 hours, lots of food, beer and LOTS of joint whinging! Was fabulous! Feel a great load lifted!
I see "B" about once a month and it cheers me up.
The best bit of today's conversation;
B: "We ought to be going"
Me: "Well it is your birthday, will we have one more?"
B: "You said that in the last pub"
Me: "Yes, but this is a different pub and we haven't had one more in here"
B: "True, and it's my round" ~ RESULT!
Tottered home with him and made him come and look at my 'winter garden' ~ now fighting the urge to nap
I wish for all of you to find friendship ~ it does make a difference. There is nothing better than laughing, engaging with another and just feeling better about getting everything 'off your chest' ~ and if it includes a jacket potato and a few glasses of wine for free it's a total bonus
K'Eh, x
