I have finally solved the mystery of what happened to the Borg baby!

Interesting idea but according the number of times where Janeway & her crew changed the past, normal court events should resume automatically on time or another, right?!
Even if Adm. Janeway ended by folding the cards a last time in Endgame, in deleting what would have really happened, to correct some events (a faster return, Tuvok's illness and even maybe C/7's long relationship 
).

Well this is also part of a theory on another episode that follows the Borg children episode. That is "Spirit Folk" In keeping with the logic of treating holograms like people they let a holo-Irish family from the village raise the child. Once things started to break down and the holograms became suspicious of the new people the Borg baby didn't get as lucky as our heros from the holoprogams getting paranoid.
Still my alter history has more proof. KIm's Academy girlfriend also returns from the dead and apparently has been on the ship the whole time. Clearly by watching the early seasons of the show she wasn't their in the original timeline.

I was going to say the same exact thing. Or that between episodes, they encountered the Borg Baby’s species and she was returned to them.
Absolutely. The baby was too weak so, the fact that she died in the process is quite admissible. The more optimists will say that she survived and was sent elsewhere, in a loving family which will be able to ignore her origins & appearance. and will give her a wonderful life. :-)
I can't find it on Memory Alpha now, but I think I once saw a quote from one of the producers saying they didn't show the Borg baby leaving with the other children in "Imperfection" because "the audience had moved on."
I remember wondering: is that a passive aggressive jab at the fanbase, or is that what he actually believes?!? It's nearly 20 years later, and we're still wondering! And I am confident Trek fans will still be debating this same question in another 20 years!

Moved on! We never move on from anything. People today still talk about Captain James R Kirk.
