I have this bad feeling that Dean's new family (his girlfriend Lisa and her son Ben) is going to get killed by the end of the first episode of Season 6 like Sam's girlfriend Jessica was killed by the end of the first episode of Season 1. And like Dean was the one trying to hold grief-stricken Sam together in Season 1, Sam is going to find himself in that position understanding what it was like being Dean those years ago. Either Dean's family is going to get killed or they are going to be mysteriously kidnapped by whoever the season's Big Bad. Either way, if Season 6 is the show's final season (and I pray to God that it is because we don't want another Smallville on our hands), then this would be a tragic but powerful start to the show's final chapter.
