thats not true, despite the fact he will never die, he does age, but im sure he ages at a slower rate to current humans, so yeah he might need a face lift to help with playing Jack in the future.

Besides, why would JB want plastic surgery? He's always been very pleased with himself.

Why do so many actors have work done? Beats me. Most lie about it, too. As for the two photos, the first one shows the mutilated nose; it has a cleft in the tip, which is curved upwards. In the second, it looks more rounded and natural, and there's no cleft.

Regardless, I still think his nose looks mutilated to me. Emphasis on the last two words. I know others disagree, but it always bothers me when I see him in anything recent.

Edit: All right, I just pulled out a few pictures and a video and I still think you're a victim of a trick of the light and a fixation. As with an ear looking completely different according to the angle. Of course that's only my personal opinion as well.
JB's tip of the nose may look pinched to you because the base of his nose is unusually broad and always has been.

May I add, if I was a (professional) singer like him and I was unhappy with my nose, I would still refrain from modifying the resonators in my face. It might affect my voice. (Of course I have no medical expertise on that, only vocal training.)
So, a face lift one day? Perhaps. Why shouldn't he, if he can afford it? But I don't think he would tamper with his nose.
