I finally got a white hair

My facial hair comes in silver now, real shiny like, like a new dime!

My temples started going gray in my late teens, now sprinkled throughout my hair.

But the biggest shock was my beard going gray, at 28 :(

Poor pook! Me dear old mother went gray at 23. I have fond memories of my sisters dyeing her hair every 2 weeks. I've managed to hold out but there is evidence of graying. This is where not being a vain person comes in handy because I pretty much don't give a fuck...of course I may change that opinion when I'm a full fledged q-tip....but until then I'll just c carry on.

Wait until you get a gray pube.

In the back of your mind, you hear Death clearing his throat.

Joe, plucker

They actually make hair coloring for pubes now (normal hair dye is too harsh for the area). I saw it in the Vermont Country Store catalog. I think it was called Color Down Under. :wtf: :guffaw:

Found my first silver hair at 22. My dear sister saw it first, and reached over and yanked it out. I usually pluck them when I see them...but they're getting more frequent. I'm probably going to start dying my hair in a year or two.

You're not supposed to pluck them....I was advised that what's make them "kinky"...

I got some whites hairs, but after over a year of exercising and healthier eating, they seem to have decreased sugnificantly. Now my hairs shines again and is the softest it's ever been (gils have always complimented me on my soft hair [they jsut love touching it], and how it smells).

PHEW! That's great to know. Hopefully that won't be an issue until it doesn't matter anymore. I don't want to go the route of shaving it all off. I guess that's the fashion, but I'm just saying no to the ingrown hairs or razor bumps and itchies. Plus I don't like the prepubescent look.

Ya know being single in the LA area, I feel it's out of the question to go grey-not that I'd want to anyway. Men can get away with it, sure. Seems like most of the women I hear of who are "embracing their grey" and all that are married and have kids. They can afford it. The rest of us, maybe not as much.
I have a few grey head hairs and I'm hennaing them.
I agree that a great diet with supplements and green juices would be helpful. Ann Wigmore, the woman who "discovered" wheat grass juice supposedly had a full head of hair in her natural color when she was in her 80's.
I notice my hair thickening up when I drink it. Green juicing is really powerful in many ways.
