Oh, I've read all your posts. Beyond saying that he occasionally bitches and moans about employees who take excessive sick leave you haven't really explained why you hate this man so much.

The bottom line is this entire topic is based on a conversation you overheard while a dozen feet away. This could have been the plot of a Three's Company episode. If you're going to hate your boss at least hate him over something you know for sure he did rather than a barely overheard conversation that your imagination naturally exaggerates.

Well, I for one am shocked and appalled that any manager would have the gall to discuss their concerns about someone they supervised with their peers in a manner that was anything less than 100% professional. The nerve of them!

So, if i understand this correctly; The manager was talking with his peers (not the employees), about the employee in question. The content was about the employee and his "bad" behavior.

To that I say... boo-hoo.

Managers talk about their employees often enough in vaque details to get a better understanding on how to work with that employee. This situation is blown into larger proportions in school. Teachers talk about their students very often. They share sob stories the students tell them, and they share storiesto see if there is any truth in the story.

The ass boss could simply be checking stories and seeking guidance from HR on how best to solve his "problem".

will be amusing when his wife goes to do laundry and look what falls out......

you want to see trolling? go look at the board when something new is released, you think the admins on eve and wow get it bad, try being on that board, my post wasnt trolling it was meant in good humor and completely not offensive.

i appreciate your concern at my posts but dont tell em for a second the guy who went after my typo "first" for fist, wasnt trolling. If you say that isnt, then obviously you have no grasp of the definition...

1. At no point at all did SPOCKED berate you publicly. Don't do it to him.

2. At no point did he say that your post was trolling. He said it COULD BE seen as trolling.

Frequently, people who do post trolling statements reply with the statement that their post was meant in good humor and therefore was not offensive. Different people have different views of what is and what is not offensive. A statement which to you or I sounds humorous can be seen as offensive as someone else. And yes, I agree with my co-mod that your post could be seen as trolling.

I find it ironic that your post that claims that SPOCKED doesn't know what trolling is also manages to troll him. Namecalling is trolling.

If you want to get even a little revenge you should wait for a period of time. 3-6 months for this whole human resources incident report thing to blow over that way you won't be any sort of suspect.

Sure, he may have said some unpelasant things to either his superiors or collegues about you, and other workers, but that was in the privacy of his office (regardless of the fact that his voice carries, the conversation was still a private one, and not meant for public ears). What do you think you're doing by posting this thread here? In a very public place? He vented about you, now you've vented about him. There's no need for acts of revenge, which will undoubtedly cause more trouble, whether or not the act was harmful, or the persons involved were implicated in it.

Oh, I did talk to him already. Like I said, he either denied it or changed his story. I'm pretty sure my hearing is accurate within a certain distance, and I have a good memory as well. Suffice it to say, I dropped the matter, but like many things, I'll be sure to take his words with a grain of salt. This was not the first time I complained about him. It's his character and his integrity that I question now.
