Of course the real Kirk is the one who said "I can't believe I kissed you." Look at the delivery, and who is saying which lines after fake Kirk gets up after being struck by real Kirk. Fake Kirk has this somewhat comical evil glee going on, whereas real Kirk is somewhat dumfounded.
