They come out on Netflix on Fridays. You might have to log out and back in again, I've heard people having this issue before and that fixed it.
Same here. It's the 21st-century version of "Have you tried turning the machine off and back on again?"
The other thing people are having to do is go to the end of the previous episode and wait for the 'next episode in 15, 14, 13...' thing to kick in. Some form of bug stopping the new episode from showing in the list. I haven't encountered it myself though.
Exit Netflix through settings and reload
