I am working on a superman fanfilm!

Like a mixed universe of both certain events that combine both parts like lex and Clark being former friends and Clark superman leaving for five years

As you bulk up, for the role, Kal-El, remember these important items:
  • Eat 3 meals a day, plus pre- and post-workouts.
  • Add calories in at every meal and snack through food and beverages.
  • Get more carbohydrate into your diet through cereal, rice, pasta, fruits, and vegetables to provide fuel for activity.
  • Cut down on fat in the diet and increase the protein and carbohydrate.

My favourite Superman was the one in Superman Returns. I've watched the other movies, out of curiousity and they didn't have the same texture, or flavour as SR, which I found so compelling. So ... is this a Valentine to Superman, or are you trying to make some statement that KRYPTON and all these other shows haven't made, before? In any case, yes ... get as big and strong as you can and let your Real Life benefit from this project as a real Win/Win situation for you. Are you currently casting? And who will be your Lois Lane, if one may know? I used to know a low-budget movie producer/director named Mike Belinski who'd done Amateur Porn Star Killer and a lot of grindhouse films. He'd cast from "actors" in the Adult Film industry who'd never want to learn a script. They'd adlib every line and wouldn't do a lot of stuff, which I find strange coming from people wanting to become "legit," as it were. But, anyway ... we got along very well. He'd invited me to participate in a Zombie picture he was involved in and wanted me to be "Art Director" on it, though he knew I had no experience in making films. But I couldn't commit to the project and I've always regretted it. Who knows what it could've led up to? I might've become the next James Cameron! But now, it's your turn, sir ...

Yeah I am 28 a big superman fan I am about six foot 2 long legs I probably will need a xl size costume!

Outstanding, David! Just remember to let SUPERMAN RETURNS (the very best of the movies) inspire you to do good things ...

skytardis, since you've announced that you're slated to star as SUPERMAN in a fan film of your own devise, I've been looking into other fan films devoted to SUPERMAN, as well. To, sort of ... prepare myself. Sir ... I don't mean to be critical, but these other SUPERMAN fan film offerings range from painfully embarrassing to unwatchable. So, I must know, sir ... just what is your budget for this project? And have you the editing and CGI hardware to convince me, finally, that a Man can fly? You've got your Kent glasses and that's a start ... but ...

Too much sir calling just call me David ! And yes we are going to get the necessary programs to do special effects!

Good luck with it. Just remember that Superman in Superman Returns, while meaning well, really did not capture the greatness of the character. He was very weak. The idea that Superman would leave just to do a lap around the galaxy for six years made no sense, especially in light of the promise he made the president in Superman II. And giving him a kid, while making him a stalker, really in my opinion, did the character a disservice.

Superman's greatest superpower is his pure goodness, and his ability to inspire others. He represents hope. He's not dark, brooding, or doubtful. He doesn't kill, or walk a fine line with the law.

Being a hero is what he was born to do, and he has no doubts about it. I would recommend looking to the first two Reeve movies for inspiration, as well as the 1996 cartoon and Lois & Clark for a more modern approach. Also, the first few seasons of Smallville work nicely. Even Superboy the 1990s series could help.

Best of luck.

Alright, David! Sounds like you've got all of your ducks in a row, here. Just remember to take the SUPERMAN RETURNS criticisms with a grain of salt. It's the most aesthetically agreeable Superman movie available ... let it guide you. Don't even glance at the cheesiness of the Reeves movies. Or the overdone CGI crapfests with Cavill in them. Turn to these a blind eye ... and go for The Gold!

Both Reeves AND Reeve offered up plenty of cheese with their Superman offerings! But, yes, I did misspell Christopher's last name. Your powers of observation are, indeed, well-honed.
