OK, question...how is Bjo pronounced? Is the B silent and just pronounced "joe"...?

I've heard fans try to make the "j" silent, instead.

It's short for Betty-Jo and is definitely pronounced "Bee-joe".

And the statement about the cutaway is, I presume, and reference to the big cutaway poster that was released around the time of TMP, later reworked slightly for TVH.

Especially as he's said that he likes the film a great deal.

Based on the way he's approached these things in the past, I'd guess he'd maintain the chronology on two tracks, just as the film suggests, distinguishing between the two universes post-Nero only where a specific event requires a specific antecedent that's contradicted by the film.
