Hunk of the Week 8/25/09: Tom Selleck

My hubby has a mustache, and I kinda like it on him.

I think any type of facial hair is always a maramite issue. some will like it, some won't. I'm definately in the not grouping and in stating as such I certainly meant no disrepect to you or your husband. Though I probably should have stated In my opinion and using the words 'never, ever' in my post was wrong (Freddie Mercury was someone who looked better with than without).
That all said I can't look at Mr Selleck and not get a 'cool father-in-law' type vibe off him which while awesome, ain't sexy to me. Shrugs.

^ It's all personal. I like some other types of facial hair - goatees, five-o-clock-shadow, even a beard can look good; but that 1970s moustache without a beard look is something that turns me off. There are very, very few men that I don't mind seeing with a moustache - like Timothy Olyphant in Deadwood, but that's probably just because h's playing a 19th century, Wild West character, for whom a moustache and hat makes sense.

When I was a teenager, I had this poster on the wall of my bedroom. Well, from Junior High until College, but who's counting?

And, when I first met my husband, he told me how tall he was: 6 foot, 4 inches. My immediate response was to blurt out, "Wow. You're the same height as Tom Selleck!"

You'd think hubby would've started running right then and there, but for some reason, he didn't.

He's a little slow on the uptake, sometimes.
