Loved him during his time on Xena and LOTR, and he is brilliant as McCoy. Great person in real life as well from what I gather from the interviews, very involved with what he's doing.

Of course, I've also just noticed how many people have him in their avatar, as well.

I got the first part of the Lonesome Dove prequel he did and Pathfinder from Netflix today. Yummy!

I think in that photo his hair was just bleached blonde. Looks like someone used a lot of hair product in it to poof it up and style it though.DEFinite thumbs up, but I must say, I think he looks better the closer to natural that he is. I mean, those "Cupid" photos did nothing for me - nothing good, anyway.
He definitely looks better when his hair is darker.

I have on The Motion Picture right now, and flat out laughed out loud when McCoy was drafted back into service And I forgot DeForest Kelley had a beard in the first few scenes!

I'd hate to think that anybody, even a TV hairstylist, would do that to a person who had never done him or her any wrong, but perhaps you're right. It looks as though it's been fabricated of manmade fibers, but...maybe there's actual hair there.
