I think in that photo his hair was just bleached blonde. Looks like someone used a lot of hair product in it to poof it up and style it though.DEFinite thumbs up, but I must say, I think he looks better the closer to natural that he is. I mean, those "Cupid" photos did nothing for me - nothing good, anyway.Eomer is kind of in the middle - he's blond there, but at least it looks like actual blond hair instead of whatever that stuff is on Cupid's head! A doll's wig, maybe?
He definitely looks better when his hair is darker.
I'd hate to think that anybody, even a TV hairstylist, would do that to a person who had never done him or her any wrong, but perhaps you're right. It looks as though it's been fabricated of manmade fibers, but...maybe there's actual hair there.
