Human Target's BOSS

So, my fellow Human Target fans, all we know about Chance's former "boss" is that he is a man. If you had to cast character, who would it be?

Before you cast the part? Here are some restrictions...

Has be a someone from "tv". In other words, not BRAD PITT or GERARD BUTLER.

It could be a movie star, but someone who is no longer an "A" player (like each of the "main" stars on the various CSIs)...

And it can't be someone who is a regular on another TV show..so you couldn't cast Simon Cowell or the dude from House...

It should be Rick Springfield, but I don't know if he's old enough to play Valley's 'father.' I hope they at least bring Springfield on perhaps as another one of the Boss's operatives.

Rick Sprinfield/Noah Drake (anyone get that triva?)...

Not bad..I think the dude who played Baltar on nuBSG could do it...or maybe Robert Knepper...perhaps Jonathan Frakes? I could see Tom Berringer (no longer an A actor..maybe too old though)...how about Avery Brooks? Maybe even James Spader?

Or, really going off the deep end, Gene Simmons?

If Aragorn's info is correct that's not a bad choice. I wouldn't mind seeing Roger Moore in the role. He did a guest spot on Alias once so it might be conceivable that he would do something like HT.

Donald Sutherland is another that springs to mind.

Ummm..not really a Donald Sutherland fan, in this kind of role...but Roger Moore would have been great!! Or maybe the dude who played SLOAN in Deep space nine..

I can't say I'm happy with that casting. The guy just creeps me out as a human being. I've never seen him in a role I cared for, and I'm a big fan of villains. He just doesn't strik me as the kind of guy who'd work with Chase or Baptiste.

Roger Moore would have been fun, or anyone else who can do the older but serious and disciplined assassin vibe. This guy is too... I don't know. Loose-cannony? Chaotic? Blathering? Something.

Want to see a balls on impression of Shatner? Watch Assante's performance in PROPHACY. A whacko movie from the late 70s I think. But Armand gives his best Shatner performance, ever, even the way he runs down a hill..check it out...
