How's everyone's weekend?

^^ Lookin' good. :bolian:

Having a nice weekend here. For the first time in a while I had no obligations, aside from the theater on Friday night, so I was able to get caught up on some stuff and go for a long, relaxing walk in the nice weather.

I haven't already posted in this? -must be because my WE is working!

I'm having :sigh: I was having one of those laid-back do-nothing week-ends; the most adventurous thing I did all week-end was to watch the second episode of the fourteenth season of "Midsomer Murders" (the first season without John Nettles playing DCI Barnaby).

I've been so worthless this weekend. I basically sat around watching TV, with the exception of some practice GRE tests. I did manage to be social on Friday and had some friends from class over with their boyfriends. So stressful!

Mine was great. Was supposed to go to a drag show with a guy I'm dating, but instead we ate a very late dinner, watched some Doctor who, went to sleep. Then I missed the bus trying to get home Saturday because of a fire drill at the mall so I was on buses for hours and got no where but spent another night. I woke up, took a bus to get me halfway somewhere, then had to walk 5 miles to the bus, and then had to walk 2 more miles home. Well worth it though.

I'm so glad to hear you sometimes take the time to relax! You deserve it, RJ.

SPOCKED, your yard is looking good! I'm impressed with all you've accomplished this weekend.

I spent the weekend playing Resident Evil 2. I also had a friend come by and we were watching some of the new shows on Netflix. Twilight Zone and Twin Peaks mostly. I also did some homework, and learned to make falafel.

I lost Saturday to a migraine headache and spent yesterday fixing my computer from yet another virus while my girlfriend worked all day.

Exhausting. My girl's family all came to town to cheer her on in a 10k she ran in. Being from a small family myself, I was unprepared for mom and dad, oldest sister with husband and daughter, and middle sister with two kids.

It was like herding cats for 3 days straight. Oh, and I worked a game on Saturday. Made some money.

w00t!

That's like 8 people, that's a big family to you?

^ I'm the middle of 5 kids. Plus both my sisters are married and one of them has two kids. My parents are divorced and my mum is remarried to a man with 3 daughters who each have a child and my dad is gonna get married (eventually) to a woman who has a son from her first marriage. If you want stress, try corralling that lot!!!

As for my weekend, I went through to visit my best friend and her family. She lives about forty minutes away by train and the last time I saw them was at Christmas. Had a great time with them. Watched Star Wars with her son and her daughter was nagging me for a rabbit for easter and a hamster for her birthday (which isn't till October!). Went shopping with her on both days and we each bought a replica of Kate Middleton's engagement ring. So I had a very good weekend :) :) :)

On Saturday I coached at a track meet, which ended up being fairly miserable weather-wise. The temperature hovered around 48-50 degrees and there were two downpours, see. I'm also pretty certain they screwed up the results of the Boys 4x800, because I had them at 7th with a time of 9:13.74 and the official results have the boys tied for 9th with 9:17.48. I know for a fact we did not finish with any other team. It's aggravating that they lose two points.

Sunday I slept in until 7 AM and watched The Office, read my book, and ordered Chinese food.

Spent the first half of Saturday grocery shopping for various things in different locations, got home and freshened up, then it was time to take my young brother and sister to the park. Came home for the evening exhausted after miles of walking - I didn't use public transportation at all. Spent the evening watching a couple of television shows, followed by some surfing.

Sunday was spent sleeping in then reading in bed, the afternoon was taken up by household chores, then I left for the evening to meet a friend landing at Heathrow. Didn't get home till quite late. A very calm weekend actually, the previous ones were very stressful and tiring by comparison.

Saturday, Laundry, Grocery shopping, and house cleaning..

Sunday..NOT a Damn thing...
