To the best of my knowledge, CBS all access is American only. Which means I'll be unable to watch the show when it airs.

(Read the press release)

I don't understand what you are trying to say. I went back and re-read it here and got:

Press release said:
CBS Television Studios announced today it will launch a totally new Star Trek television series in January 2017. The new series will blast off with a special preview broadcast on the CBS Television Network. The premiere episode and all subsequent first-run episodes will then be available exclusively in the United States on CBS All Access, the Network’s digital subscription video on demand and live streaming service.

The next chapter of the Star Trek franchise will also be distributed concurrently for television and multiple platforms around the world by CBS Studios International.

It amazes me how many international readers seem to have stopped reading the press release before the paragraph explicitly referencing international distribution.

I am hoping that between now and the premier my media content supplier with make a deal with CBS to have All Access added as part of what is included with my subscription.

If that doesn't happen then, as always with Trek, I'll pay what I need to get my fix.

From everything I've read from CBS about their plans for All Access, I've never had the impression that CBS is planning to bundle All Access with another service. Of course, I could be wrong or CBS's plans could change, but my point is, I wouldn't get your hopes up that you won't have to pay it.

Right now, you can watch every Star Trek series on Netflix. I wonder when their contract with CBS ends and if CBS will license the shows to Netflix again, or if they will make them only available on CBS All Access.

So after a little research I realize that this was slightly inaccurate, Star Trek is on every major streaming service.

You can watch all of the Star Trek series on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and CBS All Access.

Does anyone know when the contracts end? I'm guessing by January 2018 for season 2 start at which if CBSAA takes off they will make Trek exclusive to it & one other service.

I can see arguments for CBS to go either way with the Star Trek library. If they make the whole Star Trek library exclusive to All Access, then it makes that service more valuable.

On the other hand, CBS makes guaranteed money from licensing the Star Trek library. And leaving it accessible to a larger audience on Netflix, Hulu and Amazon makes it easier for new people to try the shows and become Trekkies. It's almost like free advertising for Star Trek, except better because CBS is getting paid.

The options does not cover every possible response. I have choose "I will pirate the show" but fact is that if it will be a simultaneous international release than I will watch on my service that will make available in my country (as I'm not from the USA) and I will pay for that service even if I'm not a subscriber right now. If it won't be an international release and I will be in the situation to wait a year or two (there are series that were never released on my country as of today, like we don't have Agents of SHIELD , Powers or any Netflix series released ever except House of Cards) I might be in the situation that I must pirate it to see ...
