Here are some titles I think could work & resonate well with the general public:

Star Trek: Five Year Mission
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds
Star Trek: Prime Directive

^Out of those three, I think Star Trek: Prime Directive is the strongest sounding one. Plus, it sounds like a good plot idea. The others sound a bit awkward and would be harder to translate to a movie poster.

I'd drop the "Star Trek" and just call it "Prime Directive". It's another of those names that says Star Trek without saying it (like "Federation" and "Enterprise") There was also an awesome Trek novel by that name.
