How to annoy a star wars fan

~Reads title~

Tell him or her Darth Vader is an emo. :D
Better still, remind him or her that Star Trek shields stop laser energy. No matter how he trys, keep quietly reminding him that Star Wars weapons are just lasers.

HIM (yelling): "But, but, but, the death star has a hyper-mega-gigantor-uber laser."

YOU (calmly): "Navigation shields stop lasers."

:)

And try to see a continuous energy weapon, like a phaser or somthing fired at a saber holder? Never seen that done, yet. :techman:

Oh no you don't... you'd like me to take that bait, but I'm not going to do it, this time... No sir...
What bait? I just did not like the film. :p

I'm a subscriber to RedLetterMedia anyway, I've seen all the reviews and watch their regular movie review series, Half In The Bag. Excellent stuff, if you can put up with the occasional dark skits they do. The guys are very insightful, being film makers in their own right, albeit crap ones. I agree, everyone should go watch the review on Phantom Menace as a lesson in how not to write a movie. The bit on 'describe the character of' really hit me, showing how bad they were.
