How Often Do You Get Paid?

When I put my time sheet in correctly ~ this month I managed to add it up 40 hours short (the 'powers that be' did not spot it ~ I wonder if they will if I try to sneak extra hours in?)

I get paid the last Friday of each month. Which means every 4 months I get an extra week's pay and all my calculations go heywire!

Depends on the finance guys. Ours would fix it, but I suppose some others might not

My pension is deposited into my bank every fortnight, on a Wednesday. Before the money is even put into the bank my rent is taken out. As Housing Department rent is determined by the entire income of the household about half of my pension is taken for rent and my two sons give me their share of the rent and bills when they get paid. One son gives me $250 on his pay day (as he has to pay for cable TV but the fees comes out of my bank account), the other son gives me $200 a fortnight.

As one son gets paid on my off pay week it means I have money I can use every week so I really only have to budget for a week.
